Stretching along the southern side of Italy's Sorrentine Peninsula, the Amalfi Coast dazzles with its mysterious grottos, craggy cliffs and shimmering bays. The main town close to the Amalfi Coast is Salerno; other notable towns include Positano, Pompeii, Herculaneum.

The Amalfi drive is the conventional name of the road wich runs along the stretch of the amlafi coast, located on the southern part of the peninsula of Sorrento. The road was originally built by the romans.for the greater part of its route, the road is curved out of the side of the coastal cliffs, giving a spectacular breathtaking awesome scenery.

The road passes through the famous village of Positano, that is built on the side of the hill, specially known as the pearl of the Amalfi coast, attracting VIPs from all over the world.

The main town close to Positano is Amalfi well known for its imposing Cathedral wich holds part of the remains of St.Andrew, brough here by Amalfi Fleet from Greece.
